Chipotle Cheddar and Turkey Melts
4 slices thick cut sourdough; toasted
*12 oz. smoked turkey, sliced thin
4 slices Chipotle Cheddar Singles Sensations®
4 tbsp. cooked bacon crumbles
1 avocado, diced
4 tbsp. salsa
4 scallions; chopped
Place toasted bread slices on sheet pan. Top each with 3 oz. smoked turkey and Chipotle Cheddar Singles Sensations® slices; broil 4-6 inches from heat for 1-2 minutes or until cheese has melted.
Carefully place each melt on a plate, top with 1 tablespoon of the bacon crumbles, ¼ of diced avocado and 1 tablespoon salsa. Garnish with chopped scallions.
