Ingredients

•  4 slices thick cut sourdough; toasted
•  *12 oz. smoked turkey, sliced thin
•  4 slices Chipotle Cheddar Singles Sensations®
•  4 tbsp. cooked bacon crumbles
•  1 avocado, diced
•  4 tbsp. salsa
•  4 scallions; chopped


Directions

Place toasted bread slices on sheet pan. Top each with 3 oz. smoked turkey and Chipotle Cheddar Singles Sensations® slices; broil 4-6 inches from heat for 1-2 minutes or until cheese has melted.

Carefully place each melt on a plate, top with 1 tablespoon of the bacon crumbles, ¼ of diced avocado and 1 tablespoon salsa. Garnish with chopped scallions.

* Last night’s rotisserie chicken or turkey would be a great way to liven up leftovers and stretch your dollars.
