Ingredients

•  1 yellow onion; sliced thin
•  2 tbsp. olive oil
•  8 slices rye bread
•  2-3 tbsp. butter, softened
•  3-4 ounces sliced roast beef
•  4 slices Hickory Smoked Swiss Singles Sensations®


Directions

In a small pan, sauté onion in olive oil until brown and soft. Let cool for 10 minutes. Butter one side of each bread slice; place beef, and one slice of Hickory Smoked Swiss Singles Sensations® on bread, and follow with ¼ of sautéed onions. Top with remaining bread slices, and grill over medium heat until brown and crisp.
